Each inflatable rental comes with 6 hours of use. We offer professional delivery, set up and tear down across Toronto & the GTA.
Yes, adults are allowed on our inflatables, as long as the maximum weight is not exceeded at any one time.
At Toronto Party, safety is our #1 priority; If winds are too strong, heavy rain or snow, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or issue a full refund of your deposit.
In the event of heavy rain during your booking period, turn off and unplug blowers and ensure no children or adults remain inside the inflatable until weather improves.
Our standard rental period for inflatables, including bouncy castles, water slides and inflatable games is 6 hours.
Our standard rental period for tables, chairs or other general party equipment is 12 hours.
All of our equipment is thoroughly santized and inspected prior to each and every booking to ensure the best quality is delivered to you and your guests.
We deliver across Toronto and the greater Toronto area, including but not limited to Mississauga, Oakville, Vaughan, Markham, Stoufville, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville, Hamilton, Grimsby, Lincoln, and beyond!
In order to ensure a full refund of your deposit, we require notice at least 7 days prior to your event.

We require a regular outlet within 75’ of the set up area for each inflatable. We will use our own extension cords.
We will deliver at least 90 minutes before your scheduled event. During busy seasons, we may elect to deliver several hours earlier or the night before.
For pickup, you can pick up your inflatable up to 24 hours before your event start. Please give us a call to plan your pickup to ensure we have it ready for you.
Upon booking, we require a 25% deposit. You can pay your remaining balance on the day of the event.
We accept cash, credit, debit or E-Transfer.

If you are taking measurements for a structure such as a building or fence, please provide the height of the structure here. If height does not apply to the wash, for instance for a gutter wash, leave this field empty.
